Summary:

A supply planner will be Responsible for enabling Smooth operations by ensuring the Materials availability on time as per needs being in close contact with suppliers & Stakeholders Starting from sharing the PO with supplier, scheduling shipments ETDs, ETAs, checking and confirming Shipment docs and bag markings, coordinating docs with Logistics, signatories & Banks while frequently tracking shipments and updating trackers.

The key success of the job is the effective and timely communication with high Ownership and Flexibility to ensure healthy stock availability.

A perfect candidate is preferred to have:

Good knowledge of how to use Oracle and extract reports.
Good knowledge of Excel functions,
Online tracking of shipments from suppliers
Updating the shipping and tracking system on weekly basis, Highlighting critical changes to stakeholders.
Familiar with Incoterms, Payment terms, Logistics terms.
Familiar with MRP, BOM, OTIF, PR-PO, Operations planning.

Qualifications, Experience &Skills:

Academic and professional qualifications:

Graduated in Business Administration or Engineering

Experience:

5+ years experience in Supply planning
