Position Title:  Production Supervisor

Responsible for supporting and controlling daily production operations while performing the full operational and technical duties required to support the Production Supervisor. The position is expected to independently manage production activities when required, ensure achievement of production targets, maintain product quality and food safety standards, control manpower and process efficiency, and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve operational issues.

Description:

• Monitor daily production and make sure the production plan and targets are achieved.
• Support the Production Supervisor and lead the production area when needed.
• Assign manpower according to production needs.
• Monitor production output, efficiency, yield, waste, downtime, and material usage.
• Make sure production follows SOPs, recipes, specifications, and work instructions.
• Identify production problems and take the necessary corrective actions.
• Work with QA/QC to maintain food safety, quality, GMP, and HACCP requirements.
• Monitor manpower attendance, discipline, and performance.
• Report any major production, quality, safety, or technical issues to the Production Supervisor/Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Academic and professional qualifications:

• Graduated in food technology.

Experience:

• Previous experience in the same industry. (is a must)
