Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Process Lead to join our Shared Services team under Business Excellence. The ideal candidate will oversee key reporting processes, ensure the accuracy and integrity of data, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively across teams.
Description:
- Ensure timely completion of projects while supporting business and functional teams with reporting and process improvement initiatives.
- Analyse data, identify inconsistencies, reconcile discrepancies, and devise solutions to errors.
- Understand ETL concepts and data flow, including extraction, transformation, and loading into reporting systems.
- Validate and reconcile data across systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity in data integration processes.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks and special assignments as needed to support business.
- Prepare and analyse monthly balance sheet schedules. Proactively monitor and address pending items/issues, escalating concerns if necessary.
- Gather supporting documentation and maintain meticulous recordkeeping for the initiative’s projects performed.
- Conduct system testing and provide support as needed for the implementation of the New ERP system.
- Demonstrate a high degree of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential documents.
- Knowledge of project management tools for tracking deliverables and timelines.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
Academic and professional qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and Excel data modelling
- Basic knowledge of Oracle ERP products and EPM, ODI.
- Understanding of ETL concepts and data integration tools/techniques (added advantage).
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities, with effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
