Qualifications & Experience

Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field.

10+ years of progressive experience in shared services/GBS, consulting, or operations leadership.

Strong experience in digital transformation (automation, AI, ERP, analytics)

Cross-industry FMCG and cross-geography experience preferred.
