Position Title:  Business Excellence Analyst

Description: 

Sales Execution & Support:

• • Drive the end-to-end execution of sales initiatives, promotions, and campaigns in close alignment with the sales team and other departments.

  • Track and report on sales KPIs, pipeline status, and performance metrics to enable data-driven decision-making.

  • Support sales forecasting and budgeting activities with accurate data and insights.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• • Act as the central point of contact between sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, and customer service teams.

  • Ensure seamless communication and follow-through on all sales-related activities, including order fulfillment, pricing updates, inventory availability.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• • Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyse sales performance, market trends, and promotional effectiveness.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.

  • Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Sales Excellence Support:

• • Assist in the development and execution of sales and trade marketing strategies, including promotions, sales campaigns, and in-store initiatives.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on performance goals and strategies.

  • Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Process Improvement & Ownership:

• • Identify and streamline internal sales processes to reduce friction and improve efficiency.

  • Develop and maintain SOPs for critical sales support tasks to ensure consistency and accuracy.

  • Monitor and resolve operational bottlenecks that hinder sales productivity.

Performance Reporting:

• • Prepare detailed weekly/monthly performance reports for senior management, with actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Monitor target achievement across the team and highlight deviations or improvement areas.
