Position Title:  Food Safety Specialist

Key Accountabilities

• Assist in maintaining and updating the FSMS documentations such as HACCP plans, PRPs, SOPs and quality records.
• Monitoring microbiological swabbing as part of environmental monitoring.
• Verify cleaning records and report any deviation from process and results.
• Particiapte in internal audits and perform laboratory external audits.
• Perform Weekly GMP Audits and supports the delivery of food safety and GMP training to site.
• Promotes Hygiene and food safety culture awareness across site.
• Responsible for site Pest Control Management.
• Support the preparation for external audits.

Academic and professional qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, Agriculture / Science / Production engineering.

Experience:

• 1- 3 Years of experience in food industry
