Position Title:  FP&A Lead

Key Accountabilities

• Assist in the upkeep of the financial model, annual budget, forecasts, and all forward-looking financial plans
• Work on a monthly actual v budget reconciliation session with groups that include budget holders, product managers, Accounting and Finance.
• Collaborate with departments and Managers in developing ad-hoc analysis to support new business growth opportunities.
• identify cost efficiencies and assist our team with financial analytics to support vendor negotiations and spend forecasts.

ERP:

• Work on having reliable reports from the system to facilitate the FP&A needs better analysis.
• Work on unifying the results between Oracle and the other reporting tools.

Academic and professional qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce/business (Accounting/Finance Major).
• FMVA is must
• MSc/MBA/CFA or relevant qualifications is a plus.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in FP&A.
