Job Description: 
    • Job Purpose:

      The Assistant Brand Manager supports the development and execution of brand strategies to drive market share, revenue growth, and brand equity. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities aligned with business objectives.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Brand Strategy & Planning:
        • Assist in developing annual brand plans and marketing strategies.
        • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive positioning.
      • Product Management:
        • Support new product development and manage product lifecycle activities.
        • Coordinate packaging design, pricing strategies, and product positioning.
      • Marketing Execution:
        • Implement ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) campaigns in collaboration with agencies.
        • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs.
      • Budget Management:
        • Track marketing spend and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
        • Collaborate with procurement in following the process ensuring compliance within marketing spend
      • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
        • Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Business Development, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution of brand initiatives.
      • Performance Analysis:
        • Analyze sales data, market share, and brand health metrics.
        • Prepare reports and presentations for management review.

       

      Academic and professional qualifications:

      • Bachelor of Business.

      Experience:

      • 1-3 years of experience
