Job Purpose:
The Assistant Brand Manager supports the development and execution of brand strategies to drive market share, revenue growth, and brand equity. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Planning:
- Assist in developing annual brand plans and marketing strategies.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive positioning.
- Product Management:
- Support new product development and manage product lifecycle activities.
- Coordinate packaging design, pricing strategies, and product positioning.
- Marketing Execution:
- Implement ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) campaigns in collaboration with agencies.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs.
- Budget Management:
- Track marketing spend and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
- Collaborate with procurement in following the process ensuring compliance within marketing spend
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Business Development, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution of brand initiatives.
- Performance Analysis:
- Analyze sales data, market share, and brand health metrics.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
